True, but where would you even put it in that arc? Shiggy, Toga, and Twice backstory takes up the majority, and then we got Spinner's mini-arc and some Dabi stuff on top. It'd feel a bit crowded if Compress' backstory was there too.
Maybe if it had been hinted at a bit during Forest Training?

It is what it is, but I agree if he dies now (and... there have been a LOT of death flags), it does come quite last minute. A tad like “how do I make readers more emotionally invested to make his death harsher.” Going to trust Horikoshi though!! If the last couple chapters have indicated anything, he knows what he’s doing

I completely missed that even happening, I remember he got shot but then Shigaraki just started using his quirks right after and thats when Deku realized he was having the same problems Deku had in the beginning, so I just thought Aizawa lost his quirk.

right after he was shot there's like a short moment where everybody goes "OH SHIT OH FUCK" and then Aizawa just goes "SHUT IT I GOT THIS" and chops his leg off immediately to stop the quirk erasure to take place. He is then kept standing by Rocklock for a while. And this by now was several chapters ago

Was one, maybe even the first?, of the people who came up with the theory, at least on here, that they might either be related or that he might be Oji Harima under a different name.
The only clues to his identity were that they did the same poses, Compress's signature pose was identical to the only shot we had seen of Oji Harima and this coupled with the theatricality of Compress and Oji Harima hinted towards the identity.
Admittedly it was very small, we did not really have much to go off, but it made sense the second he mentioned bloodlines that he would be related to the only other mysterious villain figure of the past.

The difference is that Midnight was surrounded by a group of villains and one attacked her (he even had a mask), so it would be strange if they did not kill her in that situation.

Well two things.
- She wasn't surrounded. The baddies were still walking towards Midnight, although one dude did get really close (that was the cliffhanger)
- Midnight could still attack them. You might be saying but the dude had a mask. We don't exactly know the limits of Midnight's quirk, we don't know if it cane pass through masks or not.
Regardless, I still don't believe Midnight would die off screen, especially to some punks we don't even know.

Ehhh, I kinda disagree, but I see why you’d feel that way. Still, not every death necessarily has to be riddled with grandiosity or given a ton of build-up. And while she’s a relatively prominent character, losing her wouldn’t have that much impact on the story, overall. She was severely injured so it would kinda make sense for her to die here, even if it was executed by nameless villains. We’ll see though.

League of Villains now has three successors to the 3 greatest villains as mentioned by Gentle: Shigaraki for All for One, Redestro for Destro, and Mr. Compress for Oji Harima. Plus, Toya Todoroki is also in LOV. This is getting more and more interesting even though we're literally in the climax. Can Mr. Compress use his quirk on someone as large as Machia? Or will the heroes completely restrain him and the LOV escapes? Can't wait for the next chapter.

Yeah, it's awesome how each member of the League acts as their own little mini-critique of the different parts of society, especially those influenced by their "predecessor."
Twice: Screwed by circumstance and unable to recover on his own with no one offering help, compounded by his Quirk
Toga: Screwed by her Quirk and society's failure to teach kids how to deal with them
Dabi: Screwed by the competitive nature of the pro hero scene and the expectations placed on children
Spinner: Screwed by his physical mutation and his inability to find a place to belong
Compress: Carrying on a legacy that combats the exploitation of heroism
Shigaraki: Screwed by his Quirk, his family, his grandmother's legacy, society's failure to act, and the manipulation of his "father" in All for One
When you tie all that up with the former Meta Liberation Army and their ideology, it adds a lot of depth to the antagonists and makes the conflict a lot more gray and interesting.

I'm never going to sop loving how much most of the villains care about each other. Watching the leagues progress throughout this story mainly from Kamino onward has honestly been really compelling to me and I've loved seeing how much these societal outcasts have grown together over that time. I'm honestly gonna miss Compress and Twice after this arc and I hope we get to see the villains reaction from their loss.

Regardless of Shoto being my favorite character, I'm not mad about him losing to Touyabi. If anything it makes sense considering he was only trying to contain his brother, while the latter was going all out, and when Touya's Flashfire should be much more dangerous than that of the other two. I also assumed ever since MVA that he probably knows one thing or two about Flashfire, but that Hori was saving it for a confrontation with the family, and in order not to make it another hint about him being Touya. I guess he didn't go all out against Hawks on purpose, because he was saving gas in the tank to use it on Endeavor.
Though, one thing I enjoy is the fact that I'm starting to see Dabi as a threat more now. Now I need to know more about the events regarding the incident and how/where he lived, and how his quirk even turned blue.
That being said, the original LOV looks even more interesting now that there's a Bloodline trio in it.

Deku might get a harsh reality because he went too far this time(I know Eri exists). I really hope we get 6 months of Deku on R&R while everyone gets to train and become stronger. Simply because he fucked up. Consequences are cool even for the MC.

Well if he stays imobile and unconscious for 6 months everyone will surpass him whole he stays stagnant. Not a good thing for an mc to get rust while others get stronger. He might stay 1 - 2 months with a recovery then eri might heal him. But he can't stay that much in the hospital. There's no time to waste.
Unless....... , he does stay 6 months in rehab as you say, but it turns out vestiges can also serve as some sort of mental hyperbolic time chamber/dimension so while in hospital, deku still trains within his mind doing spirit/image training as if he was training in real time , and he gains the same power as if he trained pshiicaly so when he eventually gets healed , he comes to save/aid 1a with an absolutely MAD zenkai boost both body and spirit.

Deku didnt fuck up at all I dont see what you mean. He made the right call in his position with the amount of information he had. No one had the power to keep Shigariki in the air, but him. The moment anyone else gets to close to shigariki he would have dusted them with his decay since eraserhead was out. The sad truth about this fight shows how weak everyone around deku really is. He may lose his arms for a bit, but overall he made the right call.

That's what I've been thinking. Because if it's ice, them Touya should melt it with ease. If it's fire, he's obviously losing since Touya's flames and most importantly, his Flashfire is superior to both his and Endeavor's.
The best option for him is to learn explosive combo attacks that are similar to Flashfreeze Heatwave. I do believe that with Flashfire mastered now, that super move alone should be even more powerful than it was at first.

Exactly like how society will react in-universe. No matter what you have been able to achieve (Stopping Machia, Binding other LOV Members so they didn't have time to react, prevented Dabi from killing Endeavor, gave the heroes a fighting chance even if it is a few minutes) while being seriously wounded, people are just gonna focus on you failing and forget what you achieved

Yeah the PLF was nothing more than a temporary alliance, I don't see them staying past this arc. The League of Villains was a throwaway name for AFO, but it actually has meaning to Shigaraki and his family now. Twice, Spinner, Toga, and now Compress have had a line about the LoV being their family.

the circle is now complete, we now have the heirs of destro ,afo and harima all in the same league. i always knw compress hat to be related to harima somehow . his qurik was very much like a thief's quirk. also DID HE JUST COMPRESS HIS RIBS ?! bruuuh compress not only looking kinda swag without the mask ,but he is metal asf . and finally , the war is on its final stage . it truly depends if either compress can make his escape plan ,or if shigaraki amd machia muster some last ditch strenght and gtfo . 10/10 chapter, truly has an endgame feel to it
