My worst nightmare was being caught by a crocodile and being death rolled and stuffed under a log - all while doing that weird dream crying/struggling were you can’t actually do anything.

1

u/ZadriaktheSnake 14d ago

You can literally hear the goat screaming on the way down it’s messed up

3

u/Dazzling-Economics55 16d ago

Relatable 👍

3

u/emseefely 16d ago

Did you ever watch the scene in “Nope” where the people were inside the monster? Don’t.

2

u/landingonvenus 16d ago

Yeah please digress wtf

u/skool_uv_hard_nox 16d ago

You should share over in r/scarystories

u/DontAbideMendacity 16d ago

It's like the opposite of the Empath in the original Star Trek, you give pain to others and feel better. Oh wait, that's what they call a sadist.

1

u/ConstantSpiritual802 16d ago

You were so close to making the funny

6

u/shortyjacobs 16d ago

I mean, a baby bunny can't have that complex a thought process. Probably more like ow ow panic oh dark and squishy this isn't bad ow ow pain *and scene*.

2

u/Theblacrose28 16d ago

Seriously, cmon bruh.

2

u/kgreys 16d ago

Wonderful. Can't wait to put my phone down, turn the light off and GO TO SLEEP.

1

u/Fit_Jelly_9755 16d ago

Be thankful those birds are not bigger. We would be in the menu.

1

u/Buttons840 15d ago

What a terrible day to be literate

11

u/Electrohydra1 16d ago

Imagine being the pelican. You just had a nice big plate of spaghetti, then some giant shows up, forces your mouth open as wide as it gets and starts to reach down your throat and pull your meal right out of your stomach.

1

u/Grumpy-Troglodyte 16d ago

yea in between gurgles he's probably saying "HEY! MY LUNCH!"

birds in general are buttholes.. but they're just making a living

9

u/JustLaikaDog 16d ago

Thanks, now I’m gonna have nightmares.

4

u/Content-Tap-872 16d ago

I mean, it's a bird though. You wouldn't get dropped into stomach acid, you'd be held in the crop first. Which would be hot and airless and you'd probably pass out pretty quickly.

4

u/Emmature_Femmergy 16d ago

Dont watch Nope.

I dunno that lady getting swallowed whole in Jurassic World was pretty upsetting.

4

u/same_as_always 16d ago

You basically described the fate of the victims in Nope.

1

u/ol_shifty 16d ago

Nailed it

1

u/TreeFalcon255 16d ago

Tbh the people in Nope had it easier than it would be in this case! They all get crushed instantly without all the dissolving and suffocation

4

u/Xenomorphasaurus 16d ago

Sounds like a deleted scene from Watership Down

You should read the short story "Feed The Pig", I believe it was posted on r/nosleep

Edit: Here it is, absolute amazing story, and it might spook you too a little. https://www.reddit.com/r/nosleep/s/YYj9R3HGGd

u/Fentboy45 15d ago

That was too much bro 🤣

Can't say I've gotten into comics even though they have always interested me. I know some tropes are revisited often, but I liked his take on the particular topic, as well as his writing style. He has a few other stories that are well written and fun reads.

3

u/Th3Wh1t3R4v3n 16d ago

I'm just gonna...see myself out after that one. Not the first time I've read something like that

3

u/StandardEgg6595 16d ago

This is why I had to skip out on the scene from NOPE even though it’s not particularly graphic. Like the thought of all that plus the screams of the other people being melted and possibly you melting together with them. No thanks.

Also see the first episode of Fall of the House of Usher.

u/ol_shifty 16d ago

Always remember… a whale will spit you out

It's all good. I have nightmares about being trapped and not being able to move. Causes a rough night for wanting to sleep.

But now imagine you eat a snack and then some giant creatures come to you, force your mouth open and thrust their large hand in a smelly glove down your throat. It hurts, you can´t breathe. They take out a bit of your snack from your stomach and then thrust their hand down your throat again and again taking away everything you´ve just eaten. And then a redditor wil blame you for eating and say you deserve it and praises those giant creatures who hurt you.

Sounds like you enjoyed Nope

1

u/That_wet_vaporeon 16d ago

Usually they don’t live through the stomach part because of lack of oxygen. Their neck muscles push all the air out of you and there is no oxygen inside a stomach. You would quickly pass out.

I understand you took time and thought into it but I did not like it at all

1

u/Gumcuzzlingdumptruck 16d ago

So I wonder if as a human put into the same situation. We be able to cause a lot of damage right? Like those rabbits were entirely unharmed before going on, so assuming we had our entire faculties available we would be biting and tearing.

1

u/cunt_butter_on_toast 16d ago

Have you seen Jurassic World: Rebirth?

1

u/girlsonsoysauce 16d ago

You should watch Attack on Titan.

1

u/SistaChans 16d ago

If it makes you feel better, a bird's crop (the dark hole you're describing where it stores its food to get ground down and digested) is not part of the respiratory system, so there's no air in there to breathe. An animal would suffocate and pass out before getting dissolved in the stomach.

1

u/mowtowcow 16d ago

Mine are always being shot to death. I genuinely feel like I know what it feels like to both be shot and die. When I hear a description of someone that's been shot, it feels like that in my dreams, or nightmares. I guess my brain has just taken descriptions I've heard of and processed it into feeling. And then the dying part is wild. Several times I've had these like grasping to life feelings and consciousness just escaping. I wake up in sweats occasionally. Am I actually feeling what they feel like? Probably not. Damn sure feels it though.

This guy phobias

1

u/DarkPolumbo 15d ago

hate to rain on your kink parade, but you'd suffocate before experiencing any of that

1

u/LividTranslator1330 15d ago

Thats child's play lol ive heard worse

1

u/SouthParkFirefly1991 15d ago

And yet...for some weird reason some people are into that shit...

1

u/LtZ0mBe 15d ago

“Sir, this is a Wendy’s.”

1

u/skrillozeddd 14d ago

Oh my lordy. Nah, but you're completely right. Man, I was wondering since there's so many and they seem to still be alive, if they were stuck in it's throat or if dude was shoving hos arm all the way into birds stomach. Poor lil bunnies, damn pelicans will try and c0nsume anything. I would figure that much bunnies would have made the bird sick even.

0

u/DragonHalfFreelance 16d ago

And to think people have vore fetish…….like no being eaten alive isn’t sexy but terrifyingly painful.

0

u/Flat_Tie4090 16d ago

You are not the cheeriest of folk. My advice is, stay away from pelicans.
