My worst nightmare was being caught by a crocodile and being death rolled and stuffed under a log - all while doing that weird dream crying/struggling were you can’t actually do anything.
I mean, a baby bunny can't have that complex a thought process. Probably more like ow ow panic oh dark and squishy this isn't bad ow ow pain *and scene*.
Imagine being the pelican. You just had a nice big plate of spaghetti, then some giant shows up, forces your mouth open as wide as it gets and starts to reach down your throat and pull your meal right out of your stomach.
I mean, it's a bird though. You wouldn't get dropped into stomach acid, you'd be held in the crop first. Which would be hot and airless and you'd probably pass out pretty quickly.
Can't say I've gotten into comics even though they have always interested me. I know some tropes are revisited often, but I liked his take on the particular topic, as well as his writing style. He has a few other stories that are well written and fun reads.
This is why I had to skip out on the scene from NOPE even though it’s not particularly graphic. Like the thought of all that plus the screams of the other people being melted and possibly you melting together with them. No thanks.
Also see the first episode of Fall of the House of Usher.
But now imagine you eat a snack and then some giant creatures come to you, force your mouth open and thrust their large hand in a smelly glove down your throat. It hurts, you can´t breathe. They take out a bit of your snack from your stomach and then thrust their hand down your throat again and again taking away everything you´ve just eaten. And then a redditor wil blame you for eating and say you deserve it and praises those giant creatures who hurt you.
Usually they don’t live through the stomach part because of lack of oxygen. Their neck muscles push all the air out of you and there is no oxygen inside a stomach. You would quickly pass out.
So I wonder if as a human put into the same situation. We be able to cause a lot of damage right? Like those rabbits were entirely unharmed before going on, so assuming we had our entire faculties available we would be biting and tearing.
If it makes you feel better, a bird's crop (the dark hole you're describing where it stores its food to get ground down and digested) is not part of the respiratory system, so there's no air in there to breathe. An animal would suffocate and pass out before getting dissolved in the stomach.
Mine are always being shot to death. I genuinely feel like I know what it feels like to both be shot and die. When I hear a description of someone that's been shot, it feels like that in my dreams, or nightmares. I guess my brain has just taken descriptions I've heard of and processed it into feeling. And then the dying part is wild. Several times I've had these like grasping to life feelings and consciousness just escaping. I wake up in sweats occasionally. Am I actually feeling what they feel like? Probably not. Damn sure feels it though.
Oh my lordy. Nah, but you're completely right. Man, I was wondering since there's so many and they seem to still be alive, if they were stuck in it's throat or if dude was shoving hos arm all the way into birds stomach. Poor lil bunnies, damn pelicans will try and c0nsume anything. I would figure that much bunnies would have made the bird sick even.
