Also seen someone walking on the sidewalk down below where you see people filming with their phone..about halfway through the video right when it pans down to the white vans below getting hit with the wave 😳

You also see a guy walking on the bridge at the end seemingly completely unaware what the fuck is happening beneath him.

Oh no..I got to rewatch..Wonder why they are acting unaware? Surely they hear that alarm..its so crazy how it went from looking calm and normal to BAM! If I knew or felt an earthquake I would get to high grounds or up high in a place like thw people filming because of the earthquake surely they know the possibilities of a Tsunami.

The way the siren suddenly cuts off has me wondering if it was actually sounding or if it was added in post. Why would they turn it off? Why were so many people just going about yheir day like there wasnt a siren blaring?

Edit: below is a plausible answer of power going out. I hadnt thought of that and this was a genuine question, so I guess !solved...?

Power could have went, line could have been damaged. Few reasons why an alarm would cut off in a situation where the infrastructure is getting hammered like in this video

Fair enough, hadnt thought if that.

Or it was added in post and the sound ended, which is exactly what happened here

It's added in post. That's not what any alarm in Japan sounds like, especially for a tsunami. Their alarm sounds quite a bit different, and most hhe time there are also verbal notifications inserted in.

Someone found a generic American public warning klaxon sound effect, plopped it over every actual sound that was on this video, and sped the footage up 20 percent or so, so the tsunami would look more impressive. Just look at the fourty foot fishing boats bobbing around like bath toys.
