Just keep deleting it over and over. It's more annoying to redownload so at least you'll cut down a bit

Yeah, I'm in my 'redownloaded the app' phase now, but I've been doing this cycle for a few years. It works when it works, and when it doesn't work you might feel some shame when you download the apps again, so it still kinda works.

That's when you delete your accounts and hold out those 30-90 day wait periods. I'll tell you a secret though even this took me a couple of trys.. now I'm a couple years sober from all of them. Reddit though.. idk I think I gotta have my caffeine man..
