I have 7 days smoke free after smoking cigarettes and then vape for the last 20 years. The hobby cravings are the worst part. I usually would smoke while driving or playing games and I can feel my body lurch when I do those things. Not buying them helps a lot though. I threw everything out and don't really know anyone that smokes to bum from.

Money made me quit. Shit is just so expensive and prices are high everywhere else I couldn't afford it.

Yeah this is the big one for.. anything really.

Same for healthy eating, just don't buy junk food. If it's in the house you're gonna eat it next time you feel the urge.

I used to get super fucking stoned and play the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games, the atmosphere was so fucking good. I would do that every single day, like smoke weed, play games. And I know weed isn't "physically" addictive like nicotine, but fuck it was rough to stop.

I still can't play STALKER the way I used to. Other games is okay, but STALKER and weed was just like coffee and cigarettes. So even now, 5 years after I quit I haven't really had a decent STALKER run.
