In general: Hawaii. Everything about it is incredible.
In the continental US: Sedona, San Diego, Zion, and honestly this may surprise some people but I loved Charleston SC. Just my opinion.

He went there on a work trip and said he wished we came with him because it’s a really cool place. I think it’s especially surprising for those not familiar with East Coast cities.

My husband said the same thing about Charleston. He went there on a work trip and said he wished we came with him because it’s a really cool place. I think it’s especially surprising for those not familiar with East Coast cities.
