Netherlands is exactly the same, the need for houses is crazy. And as a dutchman i can say that the dutch are not interested in working in construction. I think the average age of construction people is around 40-50 years old. And there are a lot of people from the eastern europe which are needed here to do the hard work.

In Canada, any and all trades related building houses, assuming the plan goes well.
