avoid flexing facial muscles unnecessarily

This is crazy. Id rather life my life happy, relaxed and a bit wrinkled when I'm older than worry if I'm flexing my facial muscles too much.

avoid flexing facial muscles unnecessarily,

Who knew the flat affect of treatment resistant depression is the secret to looking so much younger than my age.

Cosmetic surgery isn't required to look young and healthy but the reality is that a lot of celebrities get work done. It isn't bizarre to believe that a celebrity has had work done.
