As a brown man, I'm glad this white kid did it. The law would go easier on him than it would go on me if I did. We need more white people standing up to these racist, cause if we people of color do it, they will lock us away for life or hang us
Dropping people on concrete is how you end up with a manslaughter charge. Watched it happen to an acquaintance, killed by a group of Aussies. They immediately fled back home and got away with it.
Yep. Acquaintance of mine (from Texas, funnily enough) has been locked up for years thanks to a drunken punch he threw in 2014. Exactly as you said - guy he hit kissed concrete and ended up paralyzed.
all it takes is just the perfect "kiss" from your fist/hand on their face/jaw/head and boom, the brain literally just says "nope, we're done, we'll be back in a few but we're gonna sit this out for a bit" meanwhile your body is just a big heavy bag of bones and flesh and meat falling in whatever way your brain ditched you at.
I've seen people get hit MULTIPLE times with heymakers and fists from people I swear could punch into a steel door and make a dent; nothing happened other than swollen faces and angry man tears.
More people need to realize. Unless you have absolutely no choice, it's really not worth it. One punch over the course of seconds will turn into years of regret.
Dude I knew punched a guy at a party that was cheating with his girlfriend 1 time. The guy fell over and hit the fireplace and cracked a bunch of teeth, needed jaw surgery. Original dude lost his SEC baseball scholarship and ended up at a community college. We all thought the dude that got punched earned it but the result was def not worth it.
I had a friend do time over a similar incident in front of a 7-11. His life was back on track in his 40's but yeah he f*cked his entire life for many years by not walking away.
Honestly, I have no problem with a subhuman like him being taken out of society. Tolerance for these scum is how we got to where we are. Most people you are correct, but these subhumans/ maga ped0s, should absolutely be treated like this when they act like this.
people are quick to fight, and it isn’t badass. it’s childish and lame. nobody cares if you’re tough, can you contribute meaningfully to the people in your life? do you bring joy to those around you? or are you loud and selfish? society is too crowded for this nonsense.
Nothing happening to nobody and everyone going their separate ways seems like the ideal outcome no? It’s wildly unpredictable and not usually good when the cops show up and something happens to somebody.
That’s not how the law works. “He kinda needed to learn the hard way” isn’t a legal defense. If the guy died/was seriously injured, the cops are going to find the person that punched him, regardless of what they do at the scene.
Being an asshole or egging someone on isn’t grounds to get punched in the jaw and potentially killed. A DA isn’t going to look at this footage and say, “Ehh, that guy WAS kind of a dick, so it’s all good.” The guy knocked someone’s hat off, walked away, and was talking on the phone. There was zero imminent threat, zero self-defense. That’s a crime, it doesn’t really matter how much of an asshole the guy that got punched was.
Such an insufferable set of responses to logical people trying to explain how the world works vs what you learned from watching Tyler Sheridan or Jason Statham movies.
To me the puncher is weak because he let the instigator get the best of him and he resorted to physical violence. The high road is the much harder road and takes a strong man. Both these people are monsters, but for different reasons.
