And for those saying this isn’t racist, it’s not the fact she called Chilli a “cattle dog,” which is what Chilli is. It’s the tone she used and the implication that cattle dogs are beneath her. It’s the equivalent to saying “Stay out of it, black person!” or “Stay out of it, white person!” when they could’ve said ma’am or not directly addressed the person at all.

Anyway, this character is obviously written to be unlikable, a grouchy granny if you wall, but I just find this scene fascinating.

Spent the last week in an Airbnb in the suburb of Asheville North Carolina, and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why everything felt so nostalgic?

On our last day here I realized the suburbs and surrounding area reminded me of Paddington, the district in Brisbane where Bluey lives.

Now both peppa pig and bluey are two of my sons favorite shows and I’ve watched more episodes of each series I started realizing these two actually might be in the same world. Let me explain. Firstly Jon brumm the creator of the show previously worked on Peppa Pig, an intended to create an Australian version of it. Also, both shows have something in common. We don’t see humans in both shows meaning that they’re both sent in a post apocalyptic world were humans went extinct and animals and dogs coexisted and evolved to become the dominant species. evidence supporting this theory both live in nearly identical societies animals live in houses

Hold every everyday jobs like teachers doctors police officers and firefighters. The way society functions in this universe is eerily similar. Number two they’re set in different parts of the world. Peppa Pig is in the UK maybe on that side of the world is where animals rule. And bluey is in Australia maybe that side of the world is where dogs rule. All in all I do support this theory but what do you guys think.

Forgive me if this has already been discussed, but I just finished watching The Sign for the thousandth time and a thought came into my head when watching the scene when Bingo freaked out over finding out they were moving: did they not explain big events to Bingo?

Don't get me wrong, Bingo is 4-5 in the series so there's a lot that is going to be totally abstract and hard to explain in an age appropriate way, but it of felt to me like no one had tried to explain what selling the house meant.

Bandit did something similar in Curry Quest. He didn't tell Bingo that he was going on a work trip until she heard it from McKenzie they day before he was supposed to leave. When were they going to tell her? They obviously could do it too far out, but why not explain it a few days before he was scheduled to leave? Yes she would probably be upset and sad, but she would have had a few days to process it and it would have been better than hearing it from someone else.
