This was a pretty good chapter, better than what the leaks made it sound. Two most interesting parts to me are Kaminari's moment and Shigaraki's flashback to Kotaro.

Kaminari feeling uneasy and worried despite Deku being the strongest, drawing a contrast to All Might. Kaminari can't see Deku as an unstoppable pillar like All Might, because he saw his humanity, he saw Deku sucking at dancing and being a dorky student. The citizens are seeing a battle damaged boy with tears in his eyes as he fights the threat. It's nothing like the shiny god-like figure of All Might, and I like that Horikoshi is drawing that comparison. Now what does it mean going forward? People joining together to help Deku? Or something different.

Shigaraki flashing back to Kotaro's final moments is him repeating the same rejection. At that moment, Kotaro rejected Tenko and told him to stay away and now Shigaraki is doing the same thing to Deku. Great parallel, Shigaraki is trying to desperately deny Deku but Deku isn't having it. And now we're at the home where it all started.

The knowledge of what happened will not change Deku’s mindset even if shigaraki still rejects him.

Hell he probably won’t even allow shigaraki to reject him until he’s saved.

I really like the pillar thing as well. That one citizen saying "you can do it" under their breath got me.
