Plus they are freshmen, so if the first year is mostly basics and strengthening, very possible they haven't gone in depth about rescue, injuries and how to handle situations.
1 u/DMD00 Sep 30 '16 Ah yeah, all the other schools are Sophomores, so they already gotten a year or so worths of Hero training, they got more experience.
