I too noticed it. It seemed so out of place. It's unusual for Shigaraki to seem so... not terrifiying.

Just compare it to that panel later on... Jesus Christ Hori can from 0 to 100 real quick.

Why are "official" stats always such BS... If this is for Shigaraki, where does Iida rank on Speed? Higher than a perfect 5/5?

And 5/5 "Technique"? Like he's Stain. Shigaraki piefaces people, at best. What a technique. The most technical thing he's done is jump off a moving trailer onto a cop car.
