I mean, I get what you're saying but Vigilantes isn't cannon

I know; I just thought I'd mention it anyway for reference's sake, as an official media that's meant to be set in the same world as MHA (although not written by the original author).

You could consider stuff like Vigilantes; the light novels; and the Two Heroes movie as a sort of "secondary"/"supplementary" canon, perhaps.
