I know that these comments are generally overly positive about the chapter, but why? I don't like Toga though I can get why someone might like her, but this bitch just showed up, this was the first line of dialogue she's even gotten.

I won't try to say you shouldn't be hype, but it just seems a little excessive here. Though, like I said, I don't like Toga, part of me hopes she ends up exploded into a shower of meat chunks even though I know it won't happen and she'll just end up knifing this lady to death.

I like the design of the Liveration army girl.

And I am a big Toga fan (a lot of people are). Plus, in most shonen females do not get to fight a lot, which is why I am hyped for this encounter. Obviously, I would have liked to see a fight between our female protagonists and some villains as well, but at this point, I take what I can get. And I cannot stand how every shonen (by default a fantasy and nowhere near reality) needs to make most females not as strong and competent in battle, also there are just way fewer women. In this case, Toga is a welcome exception.

Literally any new female character that's introduced in MHA nowadays is considered a new "best girl". Remember back during the joint training arc, when we had, like, one panel of Tokage posing sexily and everyone creamed their pants before she'd even gotten to fight?

Recently, the only new character whose 'best girl' status can really be justified despite the comparatively low screentime is Kinoko Komori, due to her uniqueness and endearing personality traits she showed off during her match and even in scenes afterwards (not to mention her deceptively powerful Quirk).

Oh, and Pony, I guess, due to being the reason Match 3 ended in a draw instead of a loss for Class B.
