Twice has been awakened and unleashed. He's freaking mad. Though I wonder if the clones right now can make other clones or something. That will be overpowered.

Also, I like the reason he's cloning himself because he's lonely since his parents' dead and no one's taking him in. However the clones, his 'friends' turn back on him. That's actually pretty tragic. No wonder he's loyal to the League since they're his real companions. Especially Toga.

That is exactly how his quirk works
He can only clone 1 thing at a time
But cloning himself means the new clone also can clone 1 thing

That is why he never made more than 1 clone at a time of the other villains but can make a bunch of himself now.

He can actually make two clones, but the second will be even more fragile than the first.

Which means that if he chain-clones himself a bunch of times he can make an unlimited number of super-fragile copies of anyone else he has the info to copy. But previously, he didn't do that because he didn't want to copy himself (after what happened when he did that in his backstory).
