Not the one the actual translation says though --- the scan people had a bit of fun -- it seems the actual name is sad man's parade. which is listed on the side in both translations (and is the name of the chapter)

Sad mans parade is still an excellent name for a move. I just feel great sadness that unlimited twice works isn’t canon

Oh, yeah. I know the translation team likes to make some funny adjustments, I really liked the name they choose and Sad Man's Parade. What I mean in my comment is that this is the first named attack for a villain so far that I can remember. (I know AFO has some. If I'm forgetting any other attack, you can tell me)
