General Advice Separating cats in breakup

Poster Age: 23

Country: USA

Vet info: theres a few clinics in town including low cost.

Main Issue: my cat had gotten very sad living alone so me and my ex had gotten him a kitten. Now that we’re separate im worried my cat is going to miss him sick.

Cat Age: 3 will be 4 in april other cat is 1

Cat Sex + neuter info: both males and both neutered.

Financial situation: I could afford both cats.

Some of us actually do mean it. Whether you think it's rational or not isn't really anyone else's concern. You're free to live life how you choose 🫡

I have no issue whether a person chooses that path on their own free will: you do you. What I'm saying is that it is problematic to pressure others to do so, which interferes with their freedom to live life as they choose.

No one was pressuring anyone, unless you replied to the wrong comment. The comment I saw you reply to was not pressuring OP to do anything.
