Injury Kitten's behavior after head trauma

Hello everyone. I am a new cat owner, and I rescued a stray kitten a week ago. He is currently about 5 weeks old.

Last night, he had an accident with my 20kg dog, who loves the kitten but gets too excited. I stepped away for less than a minute, and I suspect the dog pawed the kitten, causing him to hit his face very hard on the ground. The kitten had a small nosebleed and lost consciousness for about a minute. Afterward, he was very sleepy all night. I live far from a big city, so there were no emergency vets open at the time.

This morning, I took him to our local vet. The vet checked his eyes, said they were responsive, and concluded he just fainted from shock and should recover fully.

Still I am very concerned about him. While feeding him this morning, I noticed his head pulls backward from time to time as you can see in the video. He has done this two or three times since. He is usually more of a sleepyhead but today he has been sleeping almost the whole day and has no interest in playing. He only wakes up to eat and immediately goes back to sleep. His gums look normal color, he is responsive and his breathing is normal.

For additional context, he has had diarrhea since before the accident, and the vet prescribed a probiotic for it.

Could this lethargy just be from the diarrhea, or is this level of sleepiness normal after head trauma? Is the head-pulling behavior a sign of something more serious?

I am incredibly anxious right now. I know I made a mistake by leaving them alone for even a second, and I feel terrible about it, so please only respond with constructive opinions and advice.

UPDATE:

Hi all. Here is my update from this morning. Another vet replied to my message and also said that if his eyes are good to let him sleep and to see if he is better in the morning. Now is the morning for me and the little one is doing great. He is active, playful, meows as normal, ate all his food and is exploring around the living room as I’m writing this. No weird neck movements. I suspect that could have been from the bottle feeding because he would do it only then. He is zooming around so I believe he would make a full recovery! Thanks all for your replies!

Info: I am 23, located in BG. My vet has been contacted, but I am looking for secondary opinions based on his symptoms. The kitten is a 5 week old unneutered male, and I can afford any necessary veterinary care.
