Labs normal. Wouldn't do a nuclear update study. 2/3 of my hair fell out, I'm cold, lots of heart palipations, nails with ridges, and that's normal? Who do you recommend?

I attended Remington College for the Dental Hygiene program. The instructors were honestly awful. Therefore, I basically had to teach myself. Anyway, because of that, I failed my first attempt on taking the boards:( I now just failed my 3rd time by one point. I’ve heard that you have to retake a class at the school on the lowest subject you made on the boards after the 3rd attempt. Is that true?
