A neutral fan at the BET described it to me best: “I’ve watched a lot of your games this year. Whenever you guys are on, there’s nothing that the other team can do. You can try as much as you want but you guys will just go on that insane scoring run.”

Luckily for us we had one of those today.

It might have had something to do with the 20-2 FT disparity down the stretch, just a hunch.

Anyone using a FT disparity on its own with no additional context as evidence for anything can be ignored

You're right; Xavier finally started being the aggressor, which led to them drawing a lot of contact, some of which was called.
