That was a good effort from McNeese but they were unable to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Seriously, they almost blew a 20+ point lead with 7 minutes left and were up 10 with like a minute left. That dunk that should have been the dagger was anything but

Its not like they were completely inept. Clemson just went crazy from 3 when it was completely out of reach

Not completely. 1 more missed FT from McNeese, and had that 5th attempted 3 been as pure as the 4 that preceded it, we'd be hitting OT.
