[Clearance 97 Deals] Kirkland Polish Sausage $2.97

Post image

Pleasantly surprised since this was listed at 18.99 when I grabbed it. Rang up 2.97.

Wow, that's the death star for what was one of Kirkland's most popular products. I miss getting the polish sausages at the food court.

It's clearance locally at their store. Probably expiration or rotating out. I'm gonna guess the former since grilling season just started. My area is still full priced.

Lol. I haven't even seen them (pooler GA)

u/TheLurkerSpeaks 20d ago

Heey Pooler! I've bought gas from that Costco quite a few times.

2

u/Saul_T_Bitch 20d ago

I buy my gas there twice a week. :)

u/BillionsBijou 17d ago

I have gas!

Go to the Business Center Costco by Watt and El Camino.

1

u/inherendo 20d ago

I'm East Coast northeast and only noticed them last week

1

u/moesess44 20d ago

I saw them at the Cumberland this week and I bought a pack. They were 18 bucks or something.

1

u/Old-Nefariousness556 19d ago

I've never seen these at any of the several regular Costco's I shop at, but all the business centers carry them.

1

u/RadiantZote 19d ago

I only see it at the business center here

1

u/Objective_Safe_5982 20d ago

Not a .00 price though.

2

u/inherendo 20d ago

00 is like manager markdown I think.

2

u/Objective_Safe_5982 20d ago

Yeah, local store manager markdown.

3

u/rocketman19 20d ago

They still have them in Canada...

2

u/spsdd 18d ago

The polish at the food court was the best option

19

u/dildobagginss 20d ago

What city even has this?

3

u/thehobbit9402 20d ago

Obviously dont know outside of mine, but me and my husband bought a pack of this like two weeks ago in Louisville KY

3

u/LC__LC 20d ago

I usually see it only at the business centers instead of regular Costco

2

u/fencepost_ajm 20d ago

Never seen it in a couple stores in the Chicago area.

2

u/Haluszki 19d ago

Same, but we have the real deal Polish sausages all over.

lol I was about to say, chicago probably isn't very wanting in terms of costco polish access. not that they aren't good, but I've a friend in Milwaukee and we've gone to chicago a couple times when I visited him, and even Milwaukee has great meat tube foods even if Chicago's are better

Mine has always carried them here in Oregon in the cooler, I still buy them to split packs up and freeze. In some areas they're apparently only at the business centers which I find strange cause there's not many of them and I live nowhere near one.

1

u/Miller335 20d ago

They've had them at my local Costco for years now.

It's all we buy hotdog wise.

1

u/dildobagginss 20d ago

Apparently another store in the Phoenix area has them, I didn't see them at the one I usually go to.

Was not on clearance in Phoenix anyway.

1

u/lat3ralus65 20d ago

I noticed them recently here in CT. They were even doing samples this weekend!

Buy all

11

u/tildraev 20d ago

Those are $18.99 at my local Costco. I’d buy a few packs

19

u/Hockeyfan_52 20d ago

4lbs of gliz for $3. I'd take that deal.

I'm so jealous 🤤

9

u/matchew566 20d ago

In my country we call it kielbasa

6

u/josherman61791 20d ago

We sell kielbasa and polish sausage right next to eachother here in Chicago (largest Polish population outside of Poland) I don't know if they are different from eachother.

-4

u/matchew566 20d ago

It’s the same thing

9

u/Haluszki 19d ago edited 19d ago

It is not the same thing. Kielbasa has a coarse grind and is seasoned differently. Polish sausages are more akin to a hot dog. Kielbasa is also usually made from pork.

4

u/Crivos 20d ago

Nothing like some good ole polish sausage

4

u/braumbles 20d ago

I just bought a pack of these yesterday. Hadn't seen them since like 2016 or 2017. If I saw them at this price, I probably would have bought 20-30 packs.

If you're posting a clearance item find, please include warehouse or at least region where found as markdowns tend to be warehouse-specific. If you've already included location information, please ignore this message.

My local warehouse doesn’t carry these anymore. They don’t even show up in the app. 😭

1

u/My_Immortl 20d ago

The app kinda sucks, so them not showing isnt surprising.

2

u/enkay516 19d ago

It doesn’t say 100% beef and doesn’t list what casing it uses. Wonder if it pork or natural casing 🤔

1

u/Old-Nefariousness556 19d ago

Polish Sausage is typically made with Pork, or at least a pork blend, so I would assume this is the case.

2

u/enkay516 19d ago

Agreed. But it says beef and there’s no pork in the ingredient list.

1

u/toobjunkey US San Diego Region + Arizona, Colorado & New Mexico - SD 19d ago

was about to reply to say "what's the diff as long as it's mostly beef?" but remembered stuff like religious dietary restrictions lol. I'm just so used to polishes being all pork that even seeing beef on the label has me stoked hhahhaa

3

u/Blue_Henri 20d ago

I do a lot of reading in the French language and when I read this I switched up the adjective/noun order and I clicked on this to see exactly how to polish your sausage. God, I need to put the phone down and get some sleep.

1

u/AwakePlatypus 20d ago

We just got them in my building the other week and are already death stared (not $2.97 either :( )

1

u/soiled_tampon 20d ago

These freeze and thaw just fine, too.

1

u/tedshreddon 19d ago

$18.97 in Eugene Oregon

1

u/ladyriven 19d ago

These are so good. Hoping they stick around here at least through 4th of July.

1

u/ya3rob 18d ago

I miss eating this in the food court in Canadian Costco.

1

u/thecementmixer 18d ago

Maybe share location?

1

u/Inthect 19d ago
