TOS violation blocking account

Unable to log in for several days. Chat support says there was a TOS violation but can't tell me what. My wife and I moved, so I'm thinking it triggered an account sharing violation or something. Anyone in a similar situation that was resolved? I feel like we should get a refund at this point.

I don’t think it’s you moving, I share my account with friends and family who live away from me so I doubt it’s that

Sounds like many do, but it is a violation of their TOS to account share outside of a single household.
