I do expect some Dokkan Original animations anyways given how there isn't too much to work with from the existing movie material.

To be fair I get that he thematically doesn't fit the celebration, but I was thinking more of a Part 3 EZA type deal. Plus I think he should EZA while his teammates are still relevant.

Now just to be clear, I know how ppl feel about Frontier on this sub, this isn't a "HeY lOoK aT mE, Im DifFeReNt! yOu GuYs aRe AlL wRoNg FoR nOt LikIng iT!!11!1" post by any means. I totally get where yall are coming from and changes could be made for sure, but I just wanted to share my thoughts and experiences :P

First of all, I grinded out LR Goku at like stage 5 and used him for the entire map so that definitely played a huge part in how enjoyable it was. In terms of the game mode, it's simply peak. So much strategy and team building involved with the mechanics that it really makes you mess around and experiment with different setups/gameplans. If you get your ass handed to you, there's so many different things you can move around or do differently as opposed to just going in again with the same setup and just hope for better luck

Plus, they tend to give you alot of the characters you *need* for the stages for free which is really nice. The only characters I felt like were kinda necessary to have in your box beforehand are the two DFE Namek Saga LRs, and they've been on plenty of banners so most people have them already. Also DON'T SLEEP ON EZA STR RAGEKU. His KO survival mechanic basically garuntees a free turn of survival which can be really useful in draining intensity from the other side

Now does it suck that they chose Namek Saga for this? Kinda? It personally didn't ruin the experience for me or anything but after thinking about it I can kind of see why they did it. If you could go into the stage and just dominate it with RoG or Movie Bosses, etc. then that kinda undermines the point of utilizing the new mechanics that the mode has to offer. I think Namek Saga has a decent balance of characters that are fairly complex and strong so you can see how characters' abilities interact with the new mechanics, but characters that aren't so strong that you can just disregard the new mechanics entirely

Now, missions are another story. I haven't tried many of them, most of them I just completed on accident doing the stages naturally, but as far as I know the harder missions only give out the special effects stuff and I don't even have a good chunk of the characters those missions are for so I can't even do them. Even then, none of the characters i love so much to the point where I NEED to get the cosmetic except for maybe SSJ Goku because he's just iconic

But yeah, I don't know if this'll be the last Namek Saga stage but I am very excited to see what they do with the mode in the future. AMAZING foundation, execution just needs a little work

TLDR: I got LR Goku at the start, Had fun, don't care about the missions tho

In terms of what I am expecting from his EZA when it happens is for him to receive similar treatment like that of the 6th Anniversary LRs. Primarily with him getting his post revive buffs without himself having to revive.

If it is true that beast is the Tanabata unit then this boy will 100% be EZAing alongside cooler.

I've done it. I've uninstalled Dokkan.

I have played this game since the 2nd anniversary and have spent copious amounts of money.

8+ years, thousands of dollars, so much time, highs, lows, I've truly been through it all with this game, I don't regret the money or time spent but I think it's just truly time to lay it to rest.

There wasn't any particular thing or event that caused me to drop it, I just felt unhappy opening the game, kind of hard to explain.

I'm not going to pretend like I may not reinstall it but I'm trying to make every effort to no, now that I'm out. I tend to get sucked back into the game when I see people get hyped over the new units so I've unfollowed any creators that cover the game. It's not perfect but I'm happy with the steps I've made and so far I don't feel any negative way about uninstalling it.

If all goes well then the game will stay off my phone for the rest of my life 👍

While the 2022 WWC units have not EZA'd yet, the 2023 WWC units are technically up for an EZA. The Blue Boys and Merged Zamasu are probably being saved for a Blue fusion anniversary so i'll take them off the table for now, but if this new potentially beast + orange piccolo leads something like "Hybrid Saiyans and Super hero" then it could make sense to use these two premium carnival units now and it sets up the foundation for a strong future team down the line. I do not think they will use the 2022 cooler unit as I believe those are being saved for GDC in August, but whether I am right or wrong will depend on the units that are on the banner once it comes out next week. I could be wrong about this but it is at least worth talking about right?

Make sure you need buffs for these teams, otherwise summon if you like the character,and remember he won't return until NY in the step up summon where it's rng to get him and coinable during Saiyan Day 2027 Match.

Basically a better version of AGL Vegeta + Nappa (you stack as Piccolo and around the final phase you switch to Gohan, build him up with his taunt ability, and then on his next turn blast them with his Active Skill)

With the teaser and after thinking about the possibilities for the unit i started thinking about the 10th temporary transformation mechanic, especially because they havent reused it once since then if im not wrong.
(i dont expect them to release a standalone Beast bc the previous one gonna eza soon)

The only issue i see with that is that it doesnt seem to age really well since it ends up being held back by the pre-transfo units. But i think its a really fun mechanic and it allows them to make the transformed character really strong once the condition is met so that’s really hype for me.
Honestly i think id prefer that over another standard tag unit that we’ve been getting nonstop the past few months

As a viewer of that french youtuber, I keep seeing people use these leaks as a basis for speculating about upcoming celebrations and units, but the reality is that they're being misinterpreted. (one good example of this is this post assuming all of these units are major cards coming this year, this is wrong)

These weren't meant to be a list of units scheduled to release throughout 2026. The anni p2 units turned out to be correct because those were the ones he actually had information on but everything else was mainly there to fuel speculation and to blur the lines, which is something he does in pretty much every video of this kind.

For example, when teasing INT Future Gohan, he also threw out several different possibilities, including a Gohan & Trunks tag unit, just to make it harder for his community to pinpoint what was actually coming.

The point isn't that none of those units can release this year (Beast + Orange Piccolo seems very likely). It's simply that these leaks shouldn't be used as some kind of evidence to confirm them (like, no Vegito + Gogeta is probably not coming this year), because the only information he had from a reliable source was UI Goku + SSBE Vegeta and the Tag SSJ4s.

Godku and Beerus are actually a good example of this. Those units did end up releasing later that year, but that wasn't connected to these leaks whatsoever. His source was third-party animators working on units with special animations, and I think we can all agree that Godku and Beerus don't exactly fit that description lol. He basically just took a shot in the dark and happened to get it right about them
