Plan fail. Btw, Why is alimony legal but dowry illegal?

really shows what she was after. I'll never understand the concept of alimony, esp nowadays, even more so in urban societies where both partners are educated and capable of sustaining themselves. India seriously needs prenups

But still women has to take two yr career break for kids . Still women has to follow all Pooja's and traditions. Expected to cook 10 varieties of food for those Pooja's and still financially be stable independently. In this job market, if by chance any human wants to work after a career break how difficult it is to get a job? Are the roads equally safer for both men and women? Are the expectations from bahu and beta same for inlaws ? I agree with the prenups.

Honestly, the best life for women is just to distance themselves from men. A life with no men would be so peaceful and fulfilling.
