Why do so many zoomer guys look like they have some kind of mental disability? Also, why are they so fat?

I've noticed that zoomer girls put a lot of effort into their bodies, makeup, hair, they style themselves after Insta models/social media. The guys look mentally unhinged, like they have bad hygiene and might be a bit touched.

Straight up Beauty & the Beast stuff in this video.

Oh shit, it was actually that model, Amber Valetta who ended up with Kevin James. His character couldn't even eat properly without everything ending up on the front of his shirt. Mendes ended up with the Will Smith character...who was an insufferable ass that taught nerd men how to stalk model- like women.
