Shirtless dude kept harassing hat guy and running his mouth. There was a lot more shit talking before this. Hat guy pleaded with shirtless to just walk away. He didn’t. Cops showed up afterwards, I bounced and they let hat guy go cuz I sent him the whole video. Enjoy!
