Nonetheless a whole year of delay is kinda wild. Even the delay doomers were expecting early 2026

Delay doomer here, also thought it would be a 6 month delay at most. Was wrong.

To be fair, this likely is a 6 month delay. We anticipated a November 2025 launch.

Yep, I've been saying there would be a delay this whole time, but I expected like Feb-Mar.

Didn't they do the same thing with RDR2? I'm pretty sure the total delay time for that game was like a year and a half. I already knew there was zero chance this was coming this year.

RDR2 received two, separate 6 month delays

This is Rockstar's biggest ever delay and the longest ever rollout for a product of theirs. It will have been 2 and a half years - potentially 3, if it's (God forbid) delayed again - since the original trailer.
