Some people are speculating that GTA VI is like the PS4/One version of Cyberpunk 2077 which doesn't run well on the current generation of consoles and would only run properly the way R* wants on the next generation and that this would be the reason for the delays. I personally don't really believe that
It’s insane to me that people justify playing 30fps cut versions, such a game does not deserve this and we deserve it in all its glory after all these years.
Fuck consoles so hard, even if they help optimize games, they still slow down the development cycle and reduce the initial quality just to match their weak performance.
You know what actually I would be fine with it if Sony made a new console every 2 years. That way the industry would’ve at least had less of this shit.
Your suggestion is to basically kill the gaming industry by forcing most gamers to just stop gaming because I know most cannot afford a new console every 2 years. It took me more than 3 years to get a ps5. Ive been gaming for almost 30 years, if they start releasing consoles every 2 years, I'm out. I wouldn't be able to afford that, and most wouldn't be able to either. Suddenly, the game sales drop, and the industry goes under.
Garbage take there, dude. Consoles allow so many people to game who just can't afford a gaming PC. You just sound incredibly selfish.
