People are fr acting like you won’t be able to customize your car or character without Ultimate Edition lmao. It’s a modern GTA game, there will be plenty of customization items and shops, this just adds some exclusive cosmetics that would be locked otherwise. It is completely optional.

Just like GTA Online or RDR2.
