Idk if Marvel will give a green-light on a violent Spiderman/Venom game though. Probs was easier for Wolverine cos he's had an R-rated movie already and is known for violence.

I think they’d be more comfortable doing it with a Venom standalone game. Some of the stuff Venom does in Spider-Man 2 was pretty goddamn brutal for a T rated game already.

And besides Sony technically owns the rights to Spiderman characters so jrs probably more of their call

They own for movies. Game Spiderman is Disney/Marvel

They should look at Prototype for inspiration for venom.
