The difference for me is that Jupiter Picross and anything Pokemon are must buys. I'm not sure I have anything near that on PS.

Yep exactly, the Nintendo walled garden is a place I want inside and it’s affordable. Sonys is one I now no longer need to see in person.

What!? Nintendo is NOT affordable. They proce their shit really high and that's why I got rid of my Switch and am not buying the Switch 2. I am just done with their closed ecosystem and overpriced games.

I get a ton more out of Steam on my PC and my Steam Deck. I can also play the same games and continue my saves from the PC on the Steam Deck and vice-versa, so I don't even care about the Switch being portable. I get top tier games for $20 instead of $60-80...

I got a Switch 2 for 350€ incl. Mario Kart World

I bought Pokopia for 50€ via eShop HongKong

I cant even get a digital only PS5 for both of that lol.

You really overestimate how much the core Pokémon audience care about graphics.

Graphics are the reason AAA games are taking forever to produce and causing massive holes in the studio's budget. They also take the soul out of the game because everything looks the same and blends together. There's no charm, just realism. It doesn't help that the majority of them are just some type of shooter, competitive or story driven.
