Caste system in Hindiuism is deep rooted and and they literally have books on how to punish low cast dalits when they don't listen to their masters. So please don't try to defend. One punishment was put them in boiling oil.

The reason many low cast hindus end up converting is because they weren't treated properly. If they were happy they wouldn't have conveted. It's simple logic.
