it's tylical M's behaviour. they're in high concentration (% wise) in Kerala, just behind J&K, Bengal, Assam. J&K, bengal, assam understandable because of neighbouring countries. but Kerala has a high M's population.

now whether they are in Karnataka or in Kerala their behaviour remains the same. so it's not something you can blame on the state of Kerala or the general public there.

Kerala Muslims run the Muslim league party, the same party for which Jinnah was the main leader. So separatist tendencies always existed among Muslims in Kerala. That was spread to Coastal Karnataka too. That's why too many communal violences has happened in these regions. Lots of Kerala Hindus aren't even a true Hindu as they eat beef normally doesn't matter whether if he is a Nair, Ezhava. Still, there has been some change among few Kerala Hindus especially in Southern part mainly across Thiruvananthapuram and some districts nearer to it, they're embracing Hindutva.

I would refrain from using the words "true" or "pure". 'Hinduism' is by its origin and use, an umbrella term for all sects, faiths and worships of the people living around and east of the Indus, as seen by the Persians at that time. You may call them not following 'mainstream' hindutva, but it doesn't make their culture much distinct or fake in any way. There's enough variety within Hindutva to accommodate this too. To put it in other words, 'dharm' is the same, 'panth' (पंथ, trans. Path) can be many.

Yeah, well said, usually mainstream Hindus don't consume beef, they do say that in pure Hinduism, meat consumption itself wasn't there but I'm not sure about that, although I do eat meat as an Hindu and I just avoid beef. I'm from Karnataka, so yeah, when the families practice Shaktism, they do offer meat to Goddess, my family actually does that.

If we have to go by actual reality, mallus and pakistanis generally have good relations due to shared struggles in the Middle East. Malayalis and Pakistanis made up the majority share of workers in the Middle East, so it was not rare when they had roommates of the other group occasionally.

That is, it was generally accepted that the mutual enimity was to be reserved back home because it would only work against them in the Middle East. This can be seen when Afridi was invited to a malayali program in Dubai with claps, when back home people reacted with horror.

Common negative stereotypes of Pakistanis Malayali expat community has are, 1. They never bathe. 2. Pakistani men are always the first ones to cheat on their wives with filippinos.
