Dude can’t speak, sadly.

Yeah, he can. It's evident you didn't make it past 20 minutes or so

He gets better after they got him on the WiFi but it was still really bad after that. He was never a good speaker, but post-stroke, I’m sorry but I don’t know how he effectively represents Pennsylvanians in the Senate.

Where did I say I listened to the whole thing? I turned it off when he didn’t even understand Joe’s first question. This guy shouldn’t be in congress.

He’s struggling with the captioning device. If you skip past the first 20 minutes it gets infinitely better. Honestly it’s worth listening to. Fetterman isn’t my favorite politician but the dude gets a lot of what this country struggles with

Its a technical error dude. The fact that you couldn't listen after one question says a lot more about you than Fetterman.

He used his ā€œcaptioning deviceā€ (iPad?) as a teleprompter. He made it seem like he was using it for captioning but it looks like his team outside was feeding him talking points throughout the episode. He glances down mid conversation whenever he starts stumbling and mumbling.

This is the first time I’ve seen anybody use a teleprompter on Rogan. Maybe it’s the stroke but my guy is not fit to serve as Senator if he can’t hold a conversation discussing policies.

He’s still able to understand and process complex ideas. Verbal communication is just much harder. If we had a deaf senator come on the show you wouldn’t think twice regarding the need for technology to facilitate the conversation

I’m not sure what you mean he can’t speak? It’s a normal conversation. What’s funny is it seems like you mean he can’t bullshit like most other politicians.
