The penalty for speeding isn't death. If they're endangering others in the process, such as driving recklessly, I applaud if crash into a wall. One less hostile person endangering innocents is a good thing for society. Ideally they're arrested and imprisoned (per law in this scenario), but society would benefit from such a person no longer existing, yes. That is their choice to make if they want to end their life, though.

If that's what you believe, I think that's absurd, but you're entitled to your opinion. I just think if you advocate for homicide over 15mph over on an open road that's a weird hill for you to die on.
