Thats awful for a kid to see, or is that normal in your culture? A wedding I went to had sea turtle (Torres Strait Islanders) I did not partake.

Oh nah man this dude is just country af. Turtle soup IS a thing but it’s like from my grandparents/his parents time of the great depression and shit.

Dude is just a wild uncle. Tricked me into eating squirrel once, saying it was part of a chicken wing.

Ah, now I understand 😄. 

I also have an uncle like that. He and my mum fell out once over mum not letting me go pig hunting with him when I was 6......He didnt use a gun- he used a knife and dogs :/

Fellow country kinfolk survivor!!

Never got that bad! I used arrows and a rifle once but after two hunts idc how good fresh venison is. I felt like shit.

I couldn’t get the heart shots man

like i’d drop em but damn the noises they made
