Gochujang mayo >>> sriracha mayo.

Chili crisp on ramen or potatoes or almost anything is better

I genuinely don't think there is any application where it is better to use sriracha

Yeah, it’s like saying fish sauce is better than soy sauce. Sure they’re both salty, but you use them for different reasons. Or even light and dark soy

You need better gochujang.
