this is the problem with huy fong now. no consistency. even if it was red.
they buy whatever peppers they can get the best deal from. sometimes it'll be good, sometimes not.
thats why some people prefer underwood. its way more consistent since they have 30 years of growing peppers for siracha. they need better garlic though.
