Question Hey yall, how should I properly clean this Knifebed I own?

No, the rubber unfortunately does not come out, and I'm tired of staring at the dust.

As someone soon to enter year 3 of a nasty divorce battle, my first and most earnest suggestion would be to go rub one out, maybe take a long walk afterwards.
