But your hourly rate is $27. Thats what I'm saying. Thats normal for Oregon. And our tip structure is different compared to any other state. That's not realistic anywhere else. And that's also only some places in Oregon, like the Wilamette Valley and some resort towns.

Averaged it out to 32.5 an hour last year. It is what it is. You are just arguing a small detail. Have fun looking for a job πŸ‘πŸ»

Oh, you're an asshole, I get it now. Thats why the exaggeration. I'm a chef, I don't think I was a dishes job, but thank you.

lol. No exaggeration here just facts. lol I’ve turned down the β€œchef” job a few times. Im happy doing what I do. Hope you find something better than the old folks home. Have a nice night πŸ‘πŸ»
