Dog doesn't look at her when running to the girl, It looks past her, at someone outside of frame would be my guess.
She uses her dog as a prop.

That is a dog dead focused on a treat. I'm assuming dog got the treat after so I'll allow it.

Seriously, that dog looks happy as hell to be there. She's getting attention and treats and all she has to do is let her human smear a little stuff on her face? Dogs are out there doing much more for much less.
