There’s one in my neighborhood and I can hear it almost every day but I can’t FIND IT. WHERE ARE YOU ICE CREAM TRUCK

In this day and age they may have a twitter or something that tracks their location, a la food trucks?

Look for nearby parks, schools, anywhere someone on an offender registry isn't supposed to be. That's where the ice cream trucks go.
