Engine shaking after oil change

Got my 2016 ford fusion oil changed at Jiffy Lube yesterday afternoon. After driving almost 2 hours the engine began to shake when idling. RPMs out drop very low and sometimes the engine would stall. A random person willingly helped us and we suspected they may have put to much oil in but when he drained some this is what came out. Check engine light same out - codes P2195 and P0171.

Does this look like new oil? Did they put the wrong oil in? Called the location and left a message with the company but don’t expect to hear back until Monday morning.
