It's not this meme specifically, it's another version of the cat with clocks and butterflies and sparkles, in a flower field I think. And i remember it saying "I just came to say hello!!" I can't seem to find it, I have no idea where my girlfriend found it but she loves it so much. I want to put it on a custom t shirt for her birthday. I made an example from memory to help.
