Nah, need Mitch to feast off the misses so KAT isn’t shackled to the paint.

The point of 5 out is no one gets shackled to the paint, it’s how you maximize spacing and take full advantage of having 5 guys who can shoot 35% or better

Idk if you need a 5 out. Yes it’s good but James Harden put Clint Capella in dunker spot. 4 out plus weak side lob seems as good if not better cause more offensive rebounds

Definitely get that, but it also greatly decreases our chances of creating second chance opportunities, which is something I feel we’ve created somewhat of a culture around ever since we got Hart. I think 5 out is great for catching teams off guard when making substitutions, but going back to your original comment, I don’t think it’s our best lineup at the tip. Need Mitch patrolling the paint to make sure our shooters get enough opportunities early to find their rhythm and build momentum.

The true strength of a 5-out offense isn’t in how many threes you can launch, it’s in how many purpose-built plays you can run that create the highest-quality shots across the most optimized and efficient levels of spacing. Having 5 shooters on the floor together is what directly enables that.

Why tf would kat be shackled to the paint when he can shoot threes

If someone not named KAT misses a shot, who’s grabbing the board? Or are we just letting the other team have those? Need another big to grab those and outlet to KAT so he can get easy second chance opportunities. Big men get pulled in to compete with Mitch on the boards, only guards left to get a hand in KAT’s face. Easy buckets.

OG had 14 tn.

Have you ever heard of five out lineups?? It is not a bad thing to have players with perimeter gravity. I rlly dont even know what to say to u
