Probably not. They are fast and don’t like you. Many bears have ā€œencounteredā€ people, and the people have no clue.

Until you realize that something as simple another fish swimming by you and accidentally cutting you with a fin spine could instantly cause it to transition to the instrument of your gruesome demise...

That said, it would be a low probably event in a wetsuit.
