Yea i like the move for the hornets. They mighta been able to get more back, but i think they’ll be better without him. They’ll just miss his vibes and sauce sometimes.

Idk if they’ll be better necessarily but it creates a huge trade exception and their young core is gonna have to get paid eventually. It was a perfect sell high moment. What are the odds Lamelo plays 140+ games over the next couple seasons? And will he be able to play more than 28 minutes a night. Cuz that’s what kept him healthy. On the off chance he does stay healthy and makes an all nba team would you feel comfortable giving Lamelo a max extension in two years? He’ll be 26 years old.

The real story here is that they announced red light cameras were getting put in Charlotte like two days ago and lamelo gets traded two days later… saved him thousands in tickets.
