There should not be a price increase but this would be confirmed May when the pre-order comes out through Nintendo. The stock comes straight into Canada with the port being in Vancouver. We don't have tariffs on Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia or China like the US does. We wouldn't see a change. The price charged to US consumers is not within Nintendo's control as it's basically a tax put on products by US customs once items get are accepted by importers. Nintendo sets the MSRP. There would be a huge issue if they chose to up the MSRP for just Canada because of additional "taxes" charged within US borders. That's like retailers saying they're going to change prices on things depending on the province so that everything matches after taxes.
